Each customer designates a single point-of-contact for the notification of problems to Xenos and receipt of problem corrections from Xenos.

Hours of Operation

Our North American location is open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m Eastern Standard Time (EST) Monday through Friday excluding holidays (Canada).

Our Europe location is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Greenwich Mean Time) Monday through Friday excluding holidays (Switzerland).

Voice messages left between 5:00 pm and 8:00 pm EST are automatically sent to a Support Consultant in North America by pager.
