Welcome to the BIRT Roadshow Center.  BIRT Roadshows familiarize you with the Actuate BIRT technology and provide you with tools and training to help you start building rich interactive applications.  Our roadshows are free one-day events that start with discussions around Actuate and the benefits of BIRT technology and conclude with hands-on technical training.  We are currently running two roadshow series: Introductory and Accelerated; please see below for more details.   

*Note: you do not have to attend the introductory series to attend the accelerated series
 


Our introductory roadshow series will give you the basics of BIRT and Actuate.  We will discuss how you can leverage BIRT to build a new generation of information applications for your users.



Attend if you (only one criteria needs to be met):
-Are new to BIRT and want to learn how to use it
-Want to understand open source BIRT
-Need to develop rich information applications
-Want to provide users with exciting, interactive content

Our accelerated roadshow series will take you beyond the basics with BIRT.  You will learn how to develop high-performance BIRT designs, dynamic content and go mobile with BIRT.  We will cover cascading parameters, chart customization and how to leverage the JavaScript API.

Attend if you (only one criteria needs to be met):
-Are using or familiar with BIRT and want to advance your skills
-Work for an ISV or SaaS company
-Have attended the Introductory Roadshow
-Want to enhance your BIRT reports
-Want to build on your BIRT investment using Actuate
