Medical Insurance
Employees and their qualified dependents may choose from Aetna HMO, Aetna PPO, Aetna EPO and Kaiser HMO.
Dental Insurance
Coverage includes preventive, routine and major. Orthodontia coverage is available for dependents under the age of 19.
Vision Insurance
Employees and their qualified dependents may elect coverage for periodic eye exams, frames and eyeglass lenses, or contact lenses.

Coverage is available for qualified same-sex and opposite-sex domestic partners of employees for medical, dental, vision.
Health & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts
Participants set aside funds on a pre-tax basis through payroll deductions to pay for eligible out-of-pocket health and/or dependent care expenses during the year.
Life and AD&D Insurance
Company paid basic life and AD&D insurance is provided for qualified employees. Coverage is two times the employee’s annual base salary up to a maximum of $400,000.
Employee Assistance Program
Employees and their qualified dependents may participate in the Work/Life Program, which provides clinical counseling and life management services designed to address personal, financial, phase-of-life, marital, family, and work-related issues. Services are free and strictly confidential.
401(k) Plan & Company Match
Provides employees with an opportunity to save and invest for the future through pre-tax payroll deferrals and a discretionary employer matching contribution for those contributing to the plan.
Paid Time Off
Paid time off includes company-paid holidays, sick days, and an attractive vacation accrual component.
Short Term Disability (STD) and Long Term Disability (LTD)
STD income protection is provided to eligible employees during the first 90 days of a qualified, non-work related disability. LTD kicks in on the 91st day of disability.
