Actuate understands that migrating to a new software release can require significant planning, coordination, and time to complete. In order to ensure the success of our Silver, Gold, and Platinum customers who are using a retired version of an Actuate product, we offer Extended End of Life support, which allows such customers to receive assistance from Actuate Customer Support on retired Actuate versions, for an extended period of time. The EEOL offering provides organizations additional flexibility in scheduling the migration effort of upgrading from retired versions of an Actuate product.
