Distance Learning - Fundamentals of e.Report Designer Professional
Distance Learning is the web-based delivery vehicle for Actuate technical training.
In our Distance Learning classes, students remotely attend our regional classes. Distance Learning students will see and hear the instructor's presentations, participate in class discussions and can share their desktops with the instructor when needed. Students receive the course materials and instructions on how to join the web session the week before the class start date.
The course is a live, instructor-led class where students become familiar with e.Report Designer Professional's functions and features used to develop Actuate reports.
This foundation course teaches Business Users to design and run reports, link reports to web pages, and deploy and view reports via the web, using Actuate's e.Report Designer Professional software. In a hands-on laboratory setting, students use the report wizard to create a simple report, and then proceed to create increasingly complex reports with multiple tables.
The Fundamentals course is delivered as the first two days of the four day, Working with Actuate e.Report Designer Professional course. Students needing just the foundational material can attend the Fundamentals class, those developers who need additional information on developing more advanced reports should attend the Working with Actuate e.Report Designer Professional course to learn the more advanced features of the e.Report Designer Professional product.
Each student receives a comprehensive course manual, which functions both as a workbook during class, and as a detailed reference guide once the class is completed.
