Innovation Excellence Awards:
  • OEM Innovation – embedding Actuate or BIRT in an application
  • Customer Innovation – innovative use of Actuate or BIRT technology
  • Mobility Leadership using Actuate Mobile Appliance
Return on Actuate Award
  • ROI – measurable impact or value realized from Actuate implementation
Performance Management Excellence Awards
  • Go Green for Sustainability Management
  • Perfect Slice for Departmental or Functional Scorecard
  • Big Bang for constantly expanding Performance Management initiative
  • Super Size for enterprise-wide Performance Management initiative
The Innovation Excellence Awards are presented to customers and BIRT users with highly innovative applications utilizing the BIRT or Actuate platform. Qualified candidates will have made original use of Actuate technology or have delivered an application that is groundbreaking within their industry. Examples include (but are not limited to) applications that reach a large user base, provide users with new and valuable information, or use leading-edge RIA and BIRT technology for user interactivity. Specific categories are: OEM Innovation, Customer Innovation and Mobility Leadership.

The Return on Actuate Award is presented to customers who are able to demonstrate exceptional return on their investment (ROI) in Actuate technology. Candidates will be able to quantify a measurable business impact, such as increased revenues, reduced costs or improved operational efficiency – from an application that impacts either an IT or business process. For quantifying improved efficiency, candidates will need to provide an explanation of how they measure and calculate ROI.

The Performance Management Excellence Awards recognize Performancesoft customers who have increased the quality, delivery, service and competitiveness of their overall organization through robust and innovative use of Performance Management. Top-performing organizations with demonstrated excellence in their Performancesoft Suite implementation can submit in one or more of four categories: Go Green, Perfect Slice, Big Bang or Super Size.
